The following is a list of work we believe needs to be undertaken, subject to CRT approval and money being available:

• Electric bilge pump (12v) on/off/auto float switch - Completed on schedule
• Remove scrap iron ballast, replace with water ballast - Completed on schedule
• Ballast boat in a suitable manner - plastic barrels/cubes (Planned for 01-March) - Completed on schedule
• Hull blacking, repaint tunnel bands, repaint top bends and fore end cants.  Completed on schedule.
• Finish repainting fore end when weather suitable
• Repaint rear stern end deck (counter)
• Boat to have full set of cloths (Regentx or plastic not canvas), strings (synthetic hemp) and any other rigging - new cloths unfit for purpose - to be reordered
• Good quality fenders front and rear (all rope fenders) 
• Cabin to be cleaned out, painted, scumbled - cleaned 15/02/15
• Engine to have remote stop
• Throttle quadrant to be overhauled - Completed on schedule
• Engine starting check list, manual, instructions 
• Fire starting procedure 
• Hold to be painted
• Roof to be repainted
• Chimney collar to be replaced
• Gunwales to be replaced (forward of cabin)
• Keelson to be inspected (soft on top)

The chimney collar is in need of attention
